The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) announced that a tanker has been "targeted" in the Strait of Hormuz.
According to the report, this tanker was targeted "while passing through and exiting the Strait of Hormuz." The UK Maritime Trade Operations stated that this incident occurred 31 kilometers east of the Musandam Peninsula in Oman, where it was "hit by three unidentified projectiles."
