Ali Zarei Dozdarasi, a political prisoner and one of the victims of the nationwide protests of 2022, who is imprisoned in Qazalhasar Prison in Karaj, has been sentenced to death by Branch 23 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court on the charge of "corruption on earth."

According to information received by HRANA, Mr. Zarei Dozdarasi's death sentence was issued for the charge of "corruption on earth through extensive political activities, creating artificial damage, preparing false news, propaganda against the regime, disrupting security, and unauthorized entry and exit from the country." The sentence was communicated to him on September 1, 2026.

Mr. Zarei Dozdarasi, who previously resided in Germany, was arrested by intelligence agents upon his return to Iran on April 27, 2026.

His case was investigated during the preliminary investigation phase in Branch 3 of the 33rd District Prosecutor's Office in Tehran, known as the Security Prosecutor's Office. He was ultimately transferred to Qazalhasar Prison in Karaj on June 30 of the same year. This prisoner is currently held in Unit 3, Ward 37 of this prison.

Ali Zarei Dozdarasi, approximately 27 years old and residing in Tehran, was injured in one eye by a shotgun pellet during the nationwide protests of 2022. He has a history of previous arrests and judicial encounters.

علی زارعی دوز دره سی، زندانی سیاسی و یکی از آسیب دیدگان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱ که در زندان قزلحصار کرج محبوس است، توسط شعبه ۲۳ دادگاه انقلاب تهران از بابت اتهام «افساد فی‌الارض» به اعدام محکوم شده است.

بر اساس اطلاعات دریافتی هرانا، حکم اعدام آقای زارعی دوزدره‌سی از بابت اتهام «افساد فی‌الارض از طریق اقدام گسترده در انجام فعالیت‌های سیاسی، ایجاد انعکاس خسارت تصنعی، تهیه اخبار کذب، تبلیغ علیه نظام، برهم زدن امنیت و ورود و خروج غیرمجاز به کشور» صادر شده است. حکم مذکور در تاریخ 1شهریورماه ۱۴۰۵ به وی ابلاغ شده است.

آقای زارعی دوزدره‌سی که پیش از این در آلمان به سر می‌برد، در تاریخ ۸ اردیبهشت‌ماه ۱۴۰۵، پس از ورود به ایران توسط مأموران اداره اطلاعات بازداشت شد.

پرونده وی در مرحله تحقیقات مقدماتی در شعبه سوم بازپرسی دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، موسوم به دادسرای امنیت، مورد رسیدگی قرار گرفت.
وی نهایتا در تاریخ ۹ تیرماه همان سال به زندان قزلحصار کرج منتقل شد. این زندانی در حال حاضر در واحد سه، بند ۳۷ این زندان نگهداری می‌شود.

علی زارعی دوزدره‌سی، حدودا ۲۷ ساله و ساکن تهران در جریان اعتراضات سراسری سال ۱۴۰۱ یکی از چشمانش با شلیک گلوله ساچمه ای آسیب دیده بود. وی پیش از این نیز سابقه بازداشت و برخورد قضایی را داشته است.
