Ali Asghar Payamberi was arrested after the release of a video in which he said, "Don't ask me to sell my honor," and after participating in protests.
He was released after 20 days in detention, with a bruised body and a 15-kilogram weight loss; however, his death sentence has now been confirmed by the Supreme Court.
Reports indicate that Payamberi has been transferred to the execution section, and the threat of his death sentence being carried out is serious and immediate.

علیاصغر پیغمبری پس از انتشار ویدیویی که در آن گفته بود «از من نخواه شرفم رو بفروشم» و شرکت در اعتصابات بازداشت شد.
او پس از ۲۰ روز بازداشت، با بدنی کبود و ۱۵ کیلو کاهش وزن آزاد شد؛ اما حالا حکم اعدامش در دیوان عالی کشور تایید شده است.
گزارشها حاکی است پیغمبری به بخش اجرای احکام منتقل شده و خطر اجرای حکم اعدام او جدی و فوری است
