Donald Trump, the President of the United States, issued a clear warning to Tehran during a conversation with Trey Yingst, a Fox News reporter, following the latest U.S. strikes on positions of the Islamic Republic.

Trump, referring to Iran's potential response, said: "If they retaliate, they will be targeted much harder; and if they do it again, they will no longer exist." He strongly criticized Tehran's actions, adding: "They don't back down; they have a crazy and foolish behavior."

The U.S. President went on to detail the recent attacks, stating: "They were trying to rebuild their radars because they had no visibility; we waited until it was almost completed and then we hit it."

Trump also expressed complete distrust in the diplomatic path with the Iranian government, emphasizing: "I believe a deal with them is not worth the paper it's written on. We gave them many chances."

دونالد ترامپ، رئیس‌جمهوری ایالات متحده، در گفتگو با تری ینگست، خبرنگار فاکس‌نیوز و در پی آخرین حملات آمریکا به مواضع جمهوری اسلامی، هشداری صریح خطاب به تهران صادر کرد.

ترامپ با اشاره به پاسخ احتمالی ایران گفت: «اگر دست به تلافی بزنند، بسیار سخت‌تر هدف قرار خواهند گرفت؛ و اگر دوباره چنین کاری کنند، دیگر وجود خارجی نخواهند داشت.» او با انتقاد شدید از اقدامات تهران افزود: «آن‌ها دست برنمی‌دارند؛ رفتاری دیوانه‌وار و احمقانه دارند.»

رئیس‌جمهوری آمریکا در ادامه به جزئیات حملات اخیر اشاره کرد و گفت: «آن‌ها سعی داشتند رادارهای خود را بازسازی کنند چون هیچ دیدی نداشتند؛ ما صبر کردیم تا ساخت آن تقریبا تمام شود و سپس آن را زدیم.»

ترامپ همچنین با ابراز بی‌اعتمادی کامل به مسیر دیپلماسی با حکومت ایران تاکید کرد: «معتقدم توافق با آن‌ها حتی به اندازه کاغذی که روی آن نوشته می‌شود هم ارزش ندارد. ما شانس‌های زیادی به آن‌ها دادیم.»
