Donald Trump, the President of the United States, rejected the return to the "Islamabad Agreement" in an interview with Fox News on Tuesday, September 1, stating that the agreement with Iran "is worth no more than the paper it is written on."

Trump commented on the Islamic Republic's response to U.S. attacks, saying, "If they respond, they will be targeted with much greater intensity." He described the attacks as "very large" and added that if the conflict escalates for a third time, Iran "will be completely destroyed as a country."

The U.S. President stated that recent attacks targeted radar systems in southwestern Iran and near the Strait of Hormuz; systems that, according to him, Iran has been trying to rebuild.

Trump mentioned that U.S. forces have destroyed a significant portion of Iran's radar network, adding, "They tried to rebuild their radars because they can't see anything. We waited until they were almost ready and then targeted it."

He also stated that the aircraft carrier "USS George Washington" is fully prepared to continue operations if necessary.

Trump again rejected the return to the "Islamabad Agreement," saying that the agreement with Iran "is worth no more than the paper it is written on." He added that the U.S. has given the Islamic Republic many opportunities to reach an agreement.

The U.S. President also mentioned that Washington's allies in the Persian Gulf were informed about these operations before the recent attacks, and that Iranian leaders have made a "dangerous mistake" regarding his resolve.

In conclusion, Trump remarked about the officials of the Islamic Republic: "They are not going to back down; they are crazy and foolish."

دونالد ترامپ، رییس‌جمهور آمریکا، روز سه‌شنبه ۱۰ شهریور در گفت‌وگو با شبکه فاکس نیوز بازگشت به «تفاهم‌نامه اسلام‌آباد» را رد کرد و گفت توافق با ایران «ارزش همان کاغذی که روی آن نوشته شده را هم ندارد».

ترامپ درباره پاسخ جمهوری اسلامی به حملات آمریکا گفت: «اگر آنها پاسخ بدهند، با شدت بسیار بیشتری هدف قرار خواهند گرفت.»
او حملات انجام‌شده را «بسیار بزرگ» توصیف کرد و افزود اگر درگیری برای سومین بار تشدید شود، ایران «به‌عنوان یک کشور به‌طور کامل از بین خواهد رفت».

رییس‌جمهور آمریکا گفت حملات اخیر، سامانه‌های راداری در جنوب‌غرب ایران و نزدیکی تنگه هرمز را هدف قرار داده‌اند؛ سامانه‌هایی که به گفته او ایران در حال بازسازی آنها بوده است.

ترامپ گفت نیروهای آمریکایی بخش قابل‌توجهی از شبکه راداری ایران را منهدم کرده‌اند و افزود: «آنها تلاش کردند رادارهایشان را دوباره بازسازی کنند، چون نمی‌توانند چیزی ببینند. ما صبر کردیم تا تقریبا آماده شود و بعد آن را هدف قرار دادیم.»

او همچنین گفت ناو هواپیمابر «یو‌اس‌اس جورج واشنگتن» به‌طور کامل برای ادامه عملیات در صورت نیاز آماده است.

ترامپ بازگشت به «تفاهم‌نامه اسلام‌آباد» را نیز رد کرد و گفت توافق با ایران «ارزش همان کاغذی که روی آن نوشته شده را هم ندارد». او افزود آمریکا فرصت‌های زیادی برای دستیابی به توافق در اختیار جمهوری اسلامی قرار داده است.

رییس‌جمهور آمریکا همچنین گفت متحدان واشنگتن در منطقه خلیج فارس پیش از حملات اخیر در جریان این عملیات قرار گرفته بودند و رهبران ایران درباره عزم او دچار «اشتباه خطرناکی» شده‌اند.

ترامپ در پایان سخنان خود درباره مقام‌های جمهوری اسلامی گفت: «آنها دست‌بردار نیستند؛ آنها دیوانه و احمق‌اند.»
