At least four dead in car crash into protesters in Mashhad

Moments ago, Iranian news agencies reported that the driver of the vehicle that drove into the protesters on Vali Abad Boulevard in Mashhad has been arrested.
The IRIB news agency stated that in this incident "4 people have died and more than 10 have been injured."
The traffic police in Mashhad said that a "Hyundai Genesis veered off at high speed" and then crashed into the crowd.
It is reported that this vehicle collided with a "night gathering of supporters of the Iranian government."
The cause of this incident has not yet been announced by officials in Mashhad.

دست‌کم چهار کشته در برخورد خودرو به تجمع‌کنندگان در مشهد

دقایقی پیش خبرگزاری‌های ایران گزارش دادند که راننده خودرویی که به میان تجمع‌کنندگان در بلوار وکیل‌آباد مشهد راند، بازداشت شده است.
خبرگزاری صداوسیما گفت که در این حادثه «۴ نفر کشته و بیش از ۱۰ نفر زخمی شده‌اند.»
پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی مشهد گفت که یک ماشین «هیوندای جنسیس با سرعت بالا منحرف شده» و پس از آن به میان جمعیت برخورد کرده است.
گفته می‌شود این خودرو به «تجمع‌ شبانه حامیان حکومت ایران» برخورد کرده است.
هنوز علت این حادثه از سوی مقام‌های مشهد اعلام نشده است.
