The Tasnim News Agency, close to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, reported the death of three pilots of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army in the U.S. attack on Iran on Tuesday night.
This news agency published the names and images of these pilots, stating that two of them were from the Navy and one was from the Air Force, but did not specify where and how they were killed.
However, the names released are three of the seven individuals who were reported on Wednesday, September 1, to have been killed in U.S. attacks on the cities of Ahvaz and Aghajari.
During the attacks on Tuesday night, Iranian officials stated that areas including Jiroft Airport in southern Kerman Province, Assaluyeh, Kermanshah, regions in Khuzestan Province, the cities of Chabahar and Konarak in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Sirik, Lavan, Qeshm, and Bandar Abbas in Hormozgan Province were targeted.
On Thursday morning, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Health reported that "18 people were killed and 142 injured" during the recent U.S. attacks.

خبرگزاری تسنیم، نزدیک به سپاه پاسداران، از کشته شدن سه خلبان ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در حمله سهشنبه شب آمریکا به ایران خبر داد.
این خبرگزاری با انتشار اسامی و تصاویر این خلبانان گفته است دو نفر از آنها از خلبانان نیروی دریایی و یکی از آنها از خلبانان نیروی هوایی ارتش بودند، اما اعلام نکرد در کجا و چگونه کشته شدند.
با این حال، اسامی اعلامشده سه نفر از هفت نفری هستند که روز چهارشنبه ۱۱ شهریور اعلام شد در حملات آمریکا به شهرهای اهواز و آغاجاری کشته شدند.
در جریان حملات شامگاه سهشنبه آمریکا، بهگفتهٔ مقامهای ایران، مناطقی از جمله فرودگاه جیرفت در جنوب استان کرمان، عسلویه، کرمانشاه، مناطقی در استان خوزستان، شهرهای چابهار و کنارک در استان سیستان و بلوچستان، سیریک، لاوان، قشم و بندرعباس در استان هرمزگان هدف قرار گرفتند.
سخنگوی وزارت بهداشت صبح پنجشنبه از کشته شدن «۱۸ نفر و مجروح شدن ۱۴۲ نفر» در جریان حملات اخیر آمریکا خبر داده بود.
