Daniel Karimi, the father of Amir Mohammad Karimi, one of the victims of the protests in December 2024 in Marvdasht, ended his life on September 6.
Amir Mohammad Karimi, his 19-year-old son, was an athlete and a former member of the Iranian national youth taekwondo team, who was shot and killed during the protests in Marvdasht on January 8, 2025.
His body was buried in the village of Joonjan, part of Marvdasht.

دانیال کریمی، پدر امیرمحمد کریمی، از جانباختگان اعتراضات دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در مرودشت، روز ۱۵ شهریور به زندگی خود پایان داد.
امیرمحمد کریمی، فرزند ۱۹ ساله او، ورزشکار و عضو سابق تیم ملی نوجوانان تکواندو ایران بود که ۱۹ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات مرودشت با اصابت گلوله کشته شد.
پیکر او در روستای جونجان از توابع مرودشت به خاک سپرده شد.
