The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced in a statement addressed to the "people of the Islamic Iran" that it has attacked the Al-Azraq base in Jordan with the code "Haydar Karrar."

The statement mentioned that the location of the fighter jets was targeted.

Earlier, Sky News reported the interception of missiles in the skies over Jordan. Syrian state television also reported that Syrian air defense intercepted some missiles fired from Iran over the border city of Irbid in Jordan. Some media outlets in Iran, including Hamshahri, have also stated that the IRGC attacked Jordan with "cluster missiles."

سپاه پاسداران در بیانیه‌ای خطاب به «مردم مبعوث شده ایران اسلامی» اعلام کرد که با رمز «حیدر کرار» به پایگاه الازرق اردن حمله کرده است.

در این بیانیه آمده که به محل استقرار جنگنده‌ها حمله شده است.

پیش‌تر اسکای‌نیوز از رهگیری موشک‌ها در آسمان اردن خبر داده بود.
تلویزیون دولتی سوریه نیز گزارش داد که پدافند هوایی سوریه برخی موشک‌ها را که از ایران شلیک شده بودند بر فراز شهر مرزی اربد در اردن رهگیری کرده است.
برخی رسانه‌ها در ایران از جمله همشهری نیز گفته‌اند که سپاه با «موشک‌های خوشه‌ای» به اردن حمله کرده است.
