The Mehr News Agency, affiliated with the Islamic Propagation Organization, reported, citing an informed source, that the final agreement between the Islamic Republic and Oman regarding new shipping routes does not mean the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, and the opening of this strait depends on the fulfillment of seven conditions set by Tehran by the United States.

This source stated that Tehran and Muscat reached a final agreement on the details of new entry and exit routes to the Persian Gulf after technical and diplomatic discussions in early September, and this agreement is set to be announced soon in the presence of the foreign ministers of the regional countries.

According to this report, the agreement is solely between the Islamic Republic and Oman, and other countries, including Iraq and the Gulf coastal states, will attend the meeting to be informed about the details of the routes and transit arrangements.

Mehr wrote that the entry route to the Persian Gulf will be entirely within Iranian territorial waters, and part of the exit route will also be in these waters, with transit along these routes conducted according to arrangements determined by the Islamic Republic.

خبرگزاری مهر، وابسته به سازمان تبلیغات اسلامی، به نقل از یک منبع آگاه گزارش داد تفاهم نهایی جمهوری اسلامی و عمان درباره مسیرهای جدید کشتیرانی، به معنای بازگشایی تنگه هرمز نیست و باز شدن این تنگه به اجرای هفت شرط تهران از سوی آمریکا بستگی دارد.

این منبع گفت تهران و مسقط پس از گفت‌وگوهای فنی و دیپلماتیک، در اوایل شهریور درباره جزییات مسیرهای جدید ورود به خلیج فارس و خروج از آن به توافق نهایی رسیدند و قرار است این تفاهم به‌زودی با حضور وزیران خارجه کشورهای منطقه اعلام شود.

بر اساس این گزارش، تفاهم تنها میان جمهوری اسلامی و عمان است و کشورهای دیگر، از جمله عراق و کشورهای ساحلی خلیج فارس، برای اطلاع از جزییات مسیرها و ترتیبات تردد در نشست حضور خواهند داشت.

مهر نوشت مسیر ورود به خلیج فارس به‌طور کامل و بخشی از مسیر خروج از آن در آب‌های سرزمینی ایران قرار خواهد داشت و تردد در این مسیرها بر اساس ترتیبات تعیین‌شده از سوی جمهوری اسلامی انجام خواهد شد.
