Hossein Rasouli Nasab, one of the detainees from the protests in December 2024 in Shandiz, has been sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court of Mashhad on charges of "moharebeh" (waging war against God). He is currently being held in Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad.
The news agency HRANA, the news organ of human rights activists in Iran, reported on Sunday, September 22, 2026, that Hossein Rasouli Nasab has been accused of "moharebeh through participation in the destruction of public property" and "conspiracy and collusion against national security."

حسین رسولینسب، از بازداشتشدگان اعتراضات دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در شاندیز، به اتهام «محاربه» از سوی دادگاه انقلاب مشهد به اعدام محکوم شده است. او در حال حاضر در زندان وکیلآباد مشهد نگهداری میشود.
