On the eve of the fourth anniversary of the government-sanctioned murder of Mahsa Jina Amini, reports from Isfahan, Rasht, Fuman, Mashhad, and Nishapur indicate an increase in pressure to impose mandatory hijab and the reappearance of the morality police, hijab enforcers, and plainclothes forces in the streets.

A citizen reported that a morality police van has been stationed in Ali Khani Square in Isfahan, and officers are arresting women who do not comply with the mandatory hijab "without prior warning" and taking them away.

Another citizen described the atmosphere in Isfahan as "extremely security-oriented," stating that morality police have been deployed in areas such as Jolfa, Mardavij, Chaharbagh, and Naqsh-e Jahan Square, confronting women without shawls or headscarves.

One more wrote: "In Isfahan, there is no longer a morality police van; it’s a bus. They gather girls with the bus and take them away."

In Mashhad, on the evening of September 13, armed forces entered Mellat Park and issued hijab warnings to women. Several citizens from Rasht reported that confrontations regarding mandatory hijab have intensified in this city.

در آستانه چهارمین سالگرد قتل حکومتی مهسا ژینا امینی از اصفهان، رشت، فومن، مشهد و نیشابور ‌خبر از تشدید فشار برای تحمیل حجاب اجباری و حضور دوباره گشت ارشاد، حجاب‌بان‌ها و نیروهای لباس‌شخصی در خیابان‌ها می‌دهند.

یک شهروند گفت در میدان علیخانی اصفهان ون گشت ارشاد مستقر شده‌ است و ماموران «بدون تذکر قبلی»، زنانی را که حجاب اجباری ندارند بازداشت می‌کنند و با خود می‌برند.

شهروند دیگری فضای اصفهان را «به شدت امنیتی» توصیف کرد و گفت نیروهای گشت ارشاد در مناطقی چون جلفا، مرداویج، چهارباغ و میدان نقش جهان مستقر شده‌اند و با زنان بدون شال و روسری، برخورد می‌کنند.

یکی دیگر نوشت: «در اصفهان دیگر ون گشت ارشاد نیست، اتوبوس است. با اتوبوس دختران را جمع می‌کنند و می‌برند.

در مشهد نیز شامگاه ۲۲ شهریور، نیروهای مسلح وارد پارک ملت شدند و به زنان تذکر حجاب دادند.
شماری از شهروندان از رشت گزارش دادند برخوردهای قهری درباره حجاب اجباری در این شهر شدت گرفته است.
