The official U.S. report on the costs and damages of the war with Iran has been released.

An official report from U.S. government oversight agencies states that the war with Iran has led to "strategic shortages" in the stockpiles of certain advanced U.S. weapons.

The first official report from U.S. government inspection agencies regarding Operation "Epic Fury," which was publicly released on Monday, September 23, indicates that the extensive use of munitions in the war with Iran "has resulted in strategic shortages in inventories and revealed industrial base bottlenecks for the replenishment of munitions."

According to this assessment, the Pentagon is working to address this issue by trying to reduce the procurement process and production times for weapons and increase stockpiles of critical materials, components, and some munitions to allow for rapid production increases in emergencies.

The report also shows that as of June 29 (July 8), the U.S. has spent approximately $33.4 billion on the war. Nearly two-thirds of this amount pertains to consumed munitions, while $3.7 billion has been allocated for lost equipment. Additionally, another $7.4 billion falls under other expenses.

U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth had previously announced the cost of the war up to that point as $37.5 billion. NBC News had also reported earlier, citing officials and informed individuals about internal estimates, that when accounting for broader costs, the actual figure for the war could reach $80 to $100 billion.

Donald Trump, the President of the United States, wrote on the social media platform Truth Social on Monday, coinciding with the release of the assessment report on "Operation Epic Fury," that the U.S. is now producing advanced weapons more than ever in its history, and these equipments are being provided daily to American forces in the Middle East and other regions.

گزارش رسمی آمریکا از هزینه‌ها و خسارت‌های جنگ با ایران منتشر شد

یک گزارش رسمی نهادهای نظارتی دولت آمریکا می‌گوید جنگ با ایران به «کمبودهای راهبردی» در ذخایر برخی تسلیحات پیشرفتهٔ ایالات متحده منجر شده است.

نخستین گزارش رسمی نهادهای بازرسی دولت آمریکا دربارهٔ عملیات «خشم حماسی» که روز دوشنبه ۲۳ شهریور به‌طور عمومی منتشر شد، می‌گوید مصرف گستردهٔ تسلیحات در جنگ با ایران «به کمبودهای راهبردی در موجودی‌ها منجر شده و گلوگاه‌های پایهٔ صنعتی برای تأمین مجدد مهمات را آشکار کرده است».

بر اساس این ارزیابی، پنتاگون برای مقابله با این مشکل در تلاش است روند خرید تسلیحات و زمان تولید را کاهش دهد و ذخایر مواد و قطعات حیاتی و برخی مهمات را افزایش دهد تا در شرایط اضطراری امکان افزایش سریع تولید وجود داشته باشد.

این گزارش همچنین نشان می‌دهد آمریکا تا ۲۹ ژوئن (۸ تیر) حدود ۳۳ میلیارد و ۴۰۰ میلیون دلار برای جنگ هزینه کرده است. نزدیک به دو سوم این مبلغ مربوط به مهمات مصرف‌شده بوده و ۳ میلیارد و ۷۰۰ میلیون دلار به تجهیزات از دست‌رفته اختصاص داشته است. بر اساس این گزارش، ۷ میلیارد و ۴۰۰ میلیون دلار دیگر نیز در ردیف سایر هزینه‌ها قرار گرفته است.

پیت هگست، وزیر دفاع آمریکا، اواخر ژوئیه (اوایل مرداد) هزینهٔ جنگ تا آن زمان را ۳۷ میلیارد و ۵۰۰ میلیون دلار اعلام کرده بود. شبکهٔ ان‌بی‌سی نیوز نیز پیشتر به نقل از مقام‌ها و افراد مطلع از برآوردهای داخلی گزارش داده بود که با احتساب هزینه‌های گسترده‌تر، رقم واقعی جنگ می‌تواند به ۸۰ تا ۱۰۰ میلیارد دلار رسیده باشد.

دونالد ترامپ، رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا، روز دوشنبه و همزمان با انتشار گزارش ارزیابی «عملیات خشم حماسی»، در شبکهٔ اجتماعی تروث سوشال نوشت آمریکا اکنون بیش از هر زمان دیگری در تاریخ خود تسلیحات پیشرفته تولید می‌کند و این تجهیزات به‌طور روزانه در اختیار نیروهای آمریکایی در خاورمیانه و دیگر مناطق قرار می‌گیرند
