Amir Raeisian, a lawyer, announced on Tuesday, September 24, via a message on X, the formation of a criminal case against Reza Darvishian, an Iranian cinema and theater director.
According to Raeisian, the IRGC has filed a complaint against Reza Darvishian on charges of propaganda against the regime, and the case is currently being processed in the seventh branch of the Tehran Revolutionary Court.
Raeisian stated that a summons has been issued for Reza Darvishian in the prosecutor's office, and the IRGC, as the complainant, has requested the seizure of his assets.

امیر رئیسیان، وکیل دادگستری روز سهشنبه ۲۴ شهریورماه با انتشار پیامی در اکس، از تشکیل پرونده کیفری برای رضا درمیشیان، کارگردان سینما و تئاتر ایران خبر داد.
به گفته رئیسیان، سپاه با شکایت از رضا درمیشیان به اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام پرونده قضایی تشکیل داده رسیدگی به شکایت از او در شعبه هفتم دادگاه انقلاب تهران در جریان است.»
رئیسیان با اعلام این خبر گفت در دادسرا برای رضا درمیشیان قرار جلب صادر شده و سپاه پاسداران به عنوان شاکی، تقاضای توقیف اموال او را کرده است.
