Hossein Qashqai, his wife Sara Shamsai, and Abolfazl Qashqai, Hossein's brother, were arrested on Friday, September 9, during the protests of December.

Hossein Qashqai and Sara Shamsai were arrested in Lahijan by the Ministry of Intelligence forces and transferred to Arak. The exact location of their detention is unknown, and it is likely that they are in the Arak Intelligence Department detention center.

Abolfazl Qashqai was also arrested the same day in Zarandieh, Saveh, and transferred to Arak. According to an informed source, the agents violently entered the house during the arrest and took the family's phones, tablets, and laptops with them.

Hossein Qashqai faces charges including "propaganda against the regime," "incitement and provocation to disrupt the country's security through war and killing," "spreading falsehoods in cyberspace," and "gathering and colluding against national security." No information has been provided to the family regarding Abolfazl's charges, and the case of these three individuals has not yet been referred to a court.

Since December, Hossein and Sara's SIM cards and Hossein's bank account have also been blocked. They were summoned to the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Zarandieh last month but did not appear within the five-day deadline set.

حسین قشقایی، همسرش سارا شمسایی و ابوالفضل قشقایی، برادر حسین، از معترضان دی‌ماه، پنجشنبه ۱۹ شهریور بازداشت شدند.

حسین قشقایی و سارا شمسایی در لاهیجان به دست نیروهای وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت و به اراک منتقل شده‌اند.
محل دقیق نگهداری آنها مشخص نیست و احتمال می‌رود در بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات اراک باشند.

ابوالفضل قشقایی نیز همان روز در زرندیه ساوه بازداشت و به اراک منتقل شد. به گفته یک منبع مطلع، ماموران هنگام بازداشت با خشونت وارد منزل شدند و گوشی‌های تلفن، تبلت و لپ‌تاپ اعضای خانواده را با خود بردند.

حسین قشقایی با اتهام‌هایی از جمله «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام»، «اغوا و تحریک به جهت برهم زدن امنیت کشور به جنگ و کشتار»، «نشر اکاذیب در فضای مجازی» و «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت ملی» روبه‌رو است.
درباره اتهام ابوالفضل تاکنون اطلاعاتی به خانواده اعلام نشده و پرونده این سه نفر هنوز به شعبه‌ای ارجاع نشده است.

از دی‌ماه، سیم‌کارت‌های حسین و سارا و حساب بانکی حسین نیز مسدود شده بود. آنها ماه گذشته به دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب زرندیه احضار شده بودند، اما در مهلت پنج‌روزه تعیین‌شده حاضر نشدند.
