After more than seven months of complete absence from the public eye, and while no audio or video of Mojtaba Khamenei, the third leader of the Islamic Republic, has been released, a handwritten note attributed to him was published in the media of the Islamic Republic on Tuesday, September 31.
According to the date under the signature of this note, the text in question was written on July 31, which is more than 50 days ago.
In this text, addressed to Majid Mousavi, the commander of the Aerospace Force of the Revolutionary Guards, the writer expresses gratitude for a report whose content is unspecified and requests that efforts in the supply chain continue and that reports on it be regularly provided to him.

پس از بیش از هفت ماه غیبت کامل از انظار عمومی و در حالی‌که هنوز هیچ صدا و تصویری از مجتبی خامنه‌ای، سومین رهبر جمهوری اسلامی منتشر نشده، روز سه‌شنبه ۳۱ شهریور، دست‌نوشته‌ای منتسب به او در رسانه‌های جمهوری اسلامی منتشر شد.
بر اساس تاریخی که زیر امضای این نوشته وجود دارد، متن مورد نظر در دهم مردادماه، یعنی بیش از ۵۰ روز پیش نوشته شده است.
در این متن که خطاب به مجید موسوی، فرمانده هوافضای سپاه پاسداران نوشته شده، نویسنده از او بابت گزارشی که محتوای آن مشخص نیست، قدردانی کرده و خواسته است که تلاش‌ها در زمینه زنجیره تامین ادامه یافته و گزارش آن مرتبا به او ارائه شود.
