Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic, says that despite Donald Trump's public announcement rejecting Tehran's seven-day proposal, a formal response from Washington has not yet been conveyed to the Islamic Republic through intermediaries. He pointed out the contradictory statements from Donald Trump in recent days, adding: "Unfortunately, we hear a lot of mixed messages from the President of the United States." Araghchi stated that Tehran will wait for the intermediaries to announce Washington's "definitive opinion" and will then decide on the next steps.
