Three citizens from Kermanshah, among those arrested during the protests in December 2025, have been sentenced to death for the charge of "moharebeh" (waging war against God) in Branch 23 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court.

According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Sirvan Shabani, 25 years old, an artist and musician as well as the leader of a pop and traditional orchestra, Khosrow Mohammadi-Nia, and Masoud Tushmalani are currently being held in Qazalhesar Prison in Karaj.

Hana has reported that these three individuals were arrested on January 9, 2025, during the protests in Islamshahr by security forces and were subsequently held for a period in solitary confinement. According to this report, after months of detention in solitary conditions and what Hana describes as "forced confessions," they were transferred to Qazalhesar Prison.

سه شهروند اهل کرمانشاه، از بازداشت‌شدگان اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴، در شعبه ۲۳ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به اتهام «محاربه» به اعدام محکوم شده‌اند.

بر اساس اطلاعاتی که به سازمان حقوق بشر هانا رسیده، سیروان شعبانی، ۲۵ ساله، هنرمند و نوازنده و سرپرست یک ارکستر پاپ و سنتی، خسرو محمدی‌نیا و مسعود توشمالانی هم‌اکنون در زندان قزلحصار کرج نگهداری می‌شوند.

هانا گزارش داده است که این سه نفر روز ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴، هم‌زمان با اعتراضات در اسلامشهر، از سوی نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شدند و پس از آن مدتی در سلول انفرادی نگهداری شدند. بر اساس این گزارش، آنها پس از ماه‌ها نگهداری در شرایط انفرادی و آنچه هانا «اخذ اعترافات اجباری» خوانده، به زندان قزلحصار منتقل شده‌اند.
