On Saturday, October 2, the Ministry of Intelligence of the Islamic Republic announced the arrest of 31 individuals in Sirjan County, Kerman Province, identifying them as members of four "organized street sabotage networks."
The ministry stated that the arrested individuals had been organized to participate in "nationwide calls" and were in the process of preparing Molotov cocktails and tools to vandalize urban cameras.
The Ministry of Intelligence also accused these individuals of involvement in "setting fire to the governor's office, destroying banks and government buildings, and attacking police stations" during the events of January 2025; events that the ministry referred to as a "coup" in its announcement.

وزارت اطلاعات جمهوری اسلامی روز شنبه ۱۱ مهر از بازداشت ۳۱ نفر در شهرستان سیرجان در استان کرمان خبر داد و آنها را اعضای چهار «شبکه سازمان‌یافته خرابکاری خیابانی» معرفی کرد.
این وزارتخانه مدتی شد افراد بازداشت‌شده برای شرکت در «فراخوان‌های سراسری» سازماندهی شده و در حال تهیه کوکتل مولوتف و ابزار تخریب دوربین‌های شهری بوده‌اند.
