Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic, stated on Sunday, October 4, that his discussions with officials from regional countries have been "very effective, respectful, and friendly."

He added, "We have embarked on a new path to build trust among neighboring countries and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and especially in the Persian Gulf, we are making good progress on this path."

The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic also mentioned that the Gulf countries are aligned with Iran in this process, and according to him, "a common will to establish peace, stability, and security in the Persian Gulf region, with the participation of the countries in the region, has emerged and is now being pursued seriously."

عباس عراقچی، وزیر امور خارجه جمهوری اسلامی، روز یکشنبه ۱۲ مهر با اشاره به دیدارهایش با مقام‌های کشورهای منطقه گفت این رایزنی‌ها «بسیار موثر، محترمانه و دوستانه» بوده است.

او افزود: «ما مسیر جدیدی برای ایجاد اعتماد میان کشورهای همسایه و جمهوری اسلامی ایران آغاز کرده‌ایم و به‌خصوص در حوزه خلیج فارس، این مسیر را به خوبی طی می‌کنیم.»

وزیر امور خارجه جمهوری اسلامی همچنین گفت کشورهای حوزه خلیج فارس در این روند با ایران همراه هستند و به گفته او، «اراده مشترکی برای ایجاد صلح، ثبات و امنیت در منطقه خلیج فارس، با مشارکت خود کشورهای منطقه، شکل گرفته است که اکنون به‌طور جدی دنبال می‌شود.»
