ترامپ درباره دلیل خروج هواپیماهای این کشور از پایگاه فرفورد گفت: «ما با یک تهدید مواجه بودیم و اگر قرار باشد ما را تهدید کنند، هواپیماها را جابه‌جا می‌کنیم. این اقدام تا حدی مشکل را برطرف می‌کند.»
