سازمان عملیات تجارت دریایی بریتانیا بعدازظهر سه‌شنبه ۱۴ مهر اعلام کرد گزارشی با تاخیر درباره حادثه‌ای در تنگه هرمز در ۱۳ مهر دریافت کرده است.
