Asadollah Jafari, the head of the judiciary in Isfahan province, has stated that the release of the audio file of Alireza Sepahi and Mahshad Kashani's marriage contract is one of the reasons for the arrest of Amir-Salar Davoodi, a lawyer. He described this file as "false" and accused Davoodi of disseminating content that, according to him, has caused "public anxiety."

On Tuesday, October 21, 1405, in statements published by the public relations office of the Isfahan judiciary, Jafari claimed that the release of this file on Davoodi's Instagram page has created an opportunity for "advertising exploitation" by media opposed to the government.

Alireza Sepahi, one of the defendants in the "Ali Khani Square" case in Isfahan, was executed in the early hours of October 13. Before the execution of the sentence, Davoodi had released an audio file of the reading of his marriage contract with his imprisoned fiancée, Mahshad Kashani.

اسدالله جعفری، رییس‌ دادگستری استان اصفهان، انتشار فایل صوتی عقد علیرضا سپاهی و مهشاد کشانی را از دلایل بازداشت امیر‌سالار داودی، وکیل دادگستری، اعلام کرده است. او این فایل را «دروغین» خوانده و داودی را به انتشار مطالبی متهم کرده که به گفته او موجب «تشویش اذهان عمومی» شده‌اند.

جعفری روز سه‌شنبه ۲۱ مهر ۱۴۰۵، در اظهاراتی که به نقل از روابط عمومی دادگستری اصفهان منتشر شد، مدعی شد انتشار این فایل در صفحه اینستاگرام داودی، زمینه «سوءاستفاده تبلیغاتی» رسانه‌های مخالف حکومت را فراهم کرده است.

علیرضا سپاهی، از متهمان پرونده «میدان علیخانی» اصفهان، بامداد ۱۳ مهر اعدام شد. داودی پیش از اجرای حکم، فایل صوتی قرائت خطبه عقد او و مهشاد کشانی، نامزد زندانی‌اش، را منتشر کرده بود.
