The mother of Parnian Dabiri, one of the victims of the protests in December 2024, criticized the dual policy of the Islamic Republic officials regarding the students killed in the December protests compared to the children killed in Minab in a video. She asked: Was killing students in the December protests not a crime?
In the video, which was published on Wednesday, October 29, she says that on her way to her daughter's grave, she saw a billboard with images of the children killed in Minab and the slogan "Not seeing this scene is a crime." She protests against the government's double standards and asks why there was not a single banner condemning the killing of students in the protests.
The mother of Parnian Dabiri also mentioned the calls made to families to declare their children as martyrs, saying: When we have seen who killed our child, how can we do that?
This grieving mother further referred to the security pressures and the reasons for the silence of families regarding the deaths of their children, emphasizing: The resentment we hold in our hearts is worsening every day.
