The news agency of the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic reported the filing of a complaint by the Tehran Prosecutor's Office and the formation of a legal case against the organizers of an exhibition called "Art Fair Tehran." According to Mizan, this decision was made following what was described as "non-compliance with legal and religious standards," and based on this, the accused have been summoned to provide explanations to the prosecutor's office.

Mizan also stated that the ticket sales website for the exhibition and the organizer's social media account have been blocked. The announcement of the complaint against Art Fair Tehran comes after images from another event called "Fitex Exhibition" in Tehran faced widespread critical reactions from media outlets close to Iranian governmental and military institutions.

خبرگزاری قوه قضائیه جمهوری اسلامی از اعلام جرم دادستانی تهران و تشکیل پرونده قضایی برای برگزارکنندگان نمایشگاهی به نام «آرت‌فِر تهران» خبر داد.
به نوشته میزان، این تصمیم در پی آن چه «عدم رعایت موازین قانونی و شرعی» خوانده گرفته شده و بر مبنای آن متهمان برای ارائه توضیحات به دادسرا احضار شدند.

میزان همچنین گفته است سایت فروش بلیت نمایشگاه و حساب کاربری برگزارکننده در فضای مجازی مسدود شده‌اند.
خبر اعلام جرم برای آرت‌فر تهران پس از آن منتشر می‌شود که انتشار تصاویری از یک رویداد دیگر به نام «نمایشگاه فیتِکس» در تهران با واکنش‌های انتقادی گسترده رسانه‌های نزدیک به نهادهای حکومتی و نظامی ایران روبه‌رو شد.
