Reuters reported, citing an informed source, that Qatari mediators have once again traveled to Tehran to continue efforts to reach an agreement between Iran and the United States to end the war.

This official told Reuters on Friday, November 8, that the mediatory talks are being conducted in coordination with Washington, but did not provide further details about the new negotiations. This is the second visit of Qatari mediators to Iran in the past week. Last Sunday, Qatar had presented a draft plan to end the war to Iran, but a senior official of the Islamic Republic described these proposals as "unacceptable" and emphasized that Tehran's position on the nuclear program has not changed.

The IRNA news agency reported on Friday, November 8, that a delegation headed by Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the Qatari Foreign Minister, arrived in Tehran on Friday morning for meetings and consultations with senior officials of the Islamic Republic.

خبرگزاری رویترز به نقل از یک مقام آگاه گزارش داد که میانجی‌گران قطری بار دیگر به تهران سفر کرده‌اند تا تلاش‌ها برای دستیابی به توافق میان ایران و آمریکا برای پایان دادن به جنگ را ادامه دهند.

این مقام روز جمعه هشتم آبان به رویترز گفت که گفت‌وگوهای میانجی‌گرانه با هماهنگی واشینگتن انجام می‌شود، اما جزئیات بیشتری دربارهٔ مذاکرات تازه ارائه نکرد.
این دومین سفر میانجی‌گران قطری به ایران در یک هفتهٔ اخیر است.
قطر روز یکشنبهٔ گذشته پیش‌نویس طرحی برای پایان جنگ را به ایران ارائه کرده بود، اما یک مقام ارشد جمهوری اسلامی این پیشنهادها را «غیرقابل‌قبول» خواند و تأکید کرد که موضع تهران دربارهٔ برنامهٔ هسته‌ای تغییر نکرده است.
