"Armin (Arman) Ma'refati," one of the detainees from the protests of December 2024, has been summoned again this week to Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, where "Abdolqasem Salavati," the head of this branch, has personally communicated his death sentence.
Arman Ma'refati, a 30-year-old citizen from Saqqez in Kurdistan Province, had previously been sentenced to death by Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court on charges of "moharebeh" (waging war against God).

«آرمین (آرمان) معرفتی»، از بازداشت‌شدگان اعتراضات دی۱۴۰۴، این هفته بار دیگر به شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران احضار شده و «ابوالقاسم صلواتی»، رییس این شعبه، حکم اعدام او را به‌صورت حضوری ابلاغ کرده است.
آرمان معرفتی، شهروند ۳۰ ساله اهل سقز در استان کردستان، پیش‌تر به اتهام «محاربه» از سوی شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به اعدام محکوم شده بود.
