Shayan Shakibayi, 29 years old and residing in Kerman, who was arrested during the nationwide protests in January 2025, has been sentenced to death by the fifth branch of the Kerman Revolutionary Court. In this same case, three other defendants have been sentenced to a total of 28 years in prison.
In this case, Mohammad Hosseinian has been sentenced to 12 years in prison, and two other defendants have each received an eight-year sentence.
So far, no precise information has been released regarding the charges against Shakibayi, the evidence and documents cited by the court, or the possibility of the defendants appealing the issued sentences.

شایان شکیبایی، ۲۹ ساله و ساکن کرمان که در جریان اعتراضات سراسری دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ بازداشت شده بود، از سوی شعبه پنجم دادگاه انقلاب کرمان به اعدام محکوم شد. در همین پرونده، سه متهم دیگر نیز در مجموع به ۲۸ سال زندان محکوم شده‌اند.
در همین پرونده، محمد حسینیانی به ۱۲ سال زندان و دو متهم دیگر هرکدام به هشت سال حبس محکوم شده‌اند.
تاکنون اطلاعات دقیقی درباره اتهامات منتسب به شکیبایی، مدارک و مستندات مورد استناد دادگاه و همچنین احتمال اعتراض متهمان به احکام صادر شده منتشر نشده است.
