Mohsen Rezaei, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic, wrote on the social media platform X: "The U.S. response to Iran's rights and demands was not convincing, and they must fully and clearly respond to and act upon Iran's seven conditions; only then will the Strait of Hormuz be opened."

Recently, Qatari mediators have visited Tehran twice and presented a new peace plan. Masoud Pezeshkian also emphasized on Tuesday in a meeting with governors and mayors of major cities that returning to war is not in the interest of either side. However, it seems that this plan has not been accepted by Tehran.

محسن رضایی دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی در جمهوری اسلامی در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس نوشت: «پاسخ آمریکا به حقوق و مطالبات ایران قانع‌کننده نبود و آن‌ها باید کامل و صریح هفت شرط ایران را پاسخ داده و به آن عمل کنند؛ تنها در این صورت تنگه هرمز باز خواهد شد.»

در روزهای اخیر، میانجیگران قطری در دو نوبت به تهران سفر کرده و طرح صلح جدیدی را ارائه کردند. مسعود پزشکیان نیز روز سه‌شنبه در جلسه با استانداران و شهرداران کلان‌شهرها تاکید کرد که بازگشت به جنگ به نفع هیچ‌یک از طرفین نیست. با این وجود، به نظر می‌رسد که این طرح مورد موافقت تهران قرار نگرفته است.
